The Rotary Club of Kyadondo recently had the privilege of participating in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) conference, a premier leadership development program for young people.

Led by our very own Rtn. Jim Rodgers, our team of enthusiastic and dedicated members  played a pivotal role in making the conference a resounding success.

RYLA conferences bring together outstanding young leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop their skills, build connections, and inspire positive change in their communities.

Through interactive workshops, keynote speeches, and team-building activities, participants gained valuable insights into effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

We are proud to have been part of this empowering experience and look forward to continuing our support for the development of young leaders in our community.

A huge thank you to Rtn. Jim Rodgers for his tireless efforts in spearheading our participation in this conference and enabling students from the Interact Club of Kings College Budo to be a part of this program .
